SHIPPING:
All our wines will be transported with appropriate packaging and covered by insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during transportation.
Deliveries will be completed within a period of 1-4 working days for Italy, 3-10 days for Europe and 15-20 days for USA from the date of occurred shipment (notified by email).
We'll send you an e-mail as soon as the shipments will start from our warehouses.
To make sure that your shopping arrives in perfect condition CultoDiVino.com has teamed up with two of the leaders in the specialized transport of wines and depreciable goods: GLS for Italy and LOGISTICS for the rest of the world. This guarantees that our products will receive the utmost care and attention when they are on the move.
The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 years and may require a photo ID to verify age. Delivery takes place during office hours on working days, therefore we suggest to enter a delivery address where there is always someone who can collect the goods during this time (such as your office, the concierge or a neighbor). In case of absence at the first attempt the courier will contact you directly (usually via email) to arrange the day and time slot (morning-afternoon) for the second delivery attempt.
No deliveries to PO boxes.
Upon delivery, the buyer has the obligation to inspect all goods for any shortage and/or damages and to notify the shipping carrier and us immediately.
If no notification has been received within 3 days of delivery, we will no longer be responsible for any refunds due to shortage/damage or any other discrepancy.
We shall not be liable for any loss/damage caused by natural circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Defective goods / Damaged shipping:
In case of defective goods follow the steps below:
- In case of breakage or mishandling of the package you can accept it anyway adding "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" when signing the documents, you will then be able to check the content of the package and inform us if something is wrong, we will charge you only the goods that are in good conditions.
- they can be returned to CultoDiVino within 10 days from the delivery.
- Shipping and packing charges for the return of the delivered parcel are to be paid by the customer.
- Defective goods will be replaced and sent back to your address or else refunded (in case they are sold out).

Purchases from the CultoDiVino.com web site are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, that guarantees the right to withdraw, for whatever reason, the purchase contract.
Terms of Right to Cancel:
- the European regulation, commonly known as the Right to Cancel, states that this right may be exercised only by final consumers, excluding purchases made by retailers or by those who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties.
- shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- On their arrival in our warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess possible damage or tampering (the integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for excercising the Right to Cancel). We therefore recommend extreme caution in preparing the package, e.g. using the original packaging, if not damaged.
- to exercise that right you need to send us a communication within 10 days from the receipt of goods ordered and send the goods back within further 15 days.

Time for reimbursement:
CultoDiVino.com will reimburse the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
We reimburse to customers the value of the goods shown in the invoice. In this amount shipping costs are not included. This is in accordance with Article. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No 185, 22/05/1999.

- CASH ON DELIVERY (only for Italy residents). You will pay directly to the carrier that will deliver your goods, the carrier will accept only cash and will not deliver the goods in case of missing payment. For C.O.D. a surcharge equal to 2,4% of the total amount of the order with a minimum of 6 euro applies. C.O.D. is not applicable for payments that exceed 500 euro. In case of missing collection, customer will be charged with all the costs incurred (packaging, shipping, etc).
